How do I sign up?

How much does it cost?

It costs $129 per person to attend Be the Best Coaches’ Convention. However, the price increases to $159 on January 1, 2017.

What’s included?

The ticket price is for an All-Access pass for ALL FOUR DAYS. This entitles you to attend as many speaker presentations and rap sessions as you’d like. There is NO SINGLE DAY PASS.

Can I pay by check?

You may pay by check or credit card. However, if you pay by personal check, it MUST be postmarked no later than December 31, 2016 to take advantage of the $129 rate.

If an organization is paying for you, the check must be received by January 16, 2017. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the check processing policy!

Can I come for just one day?

There’s so much going on at Be the Best that you’ll probably want to come for all four days. But if you can’t, you can’t. Just keep in mind that there is NO SINGLE DAY PASS.

Is there a student discount?

Any student, age 18 or under, will pay $79 for an All-Access pass for all four days. There is no single day pass for students. Student ID must be presented at check-in.

Can I pay at the door?

Yes, you can pay at the door, but you will pay the full price of $159. It will save you both time and money if you register in advance!

Where do I mail my check?

Make your check payable to BE THE BEST and mail to:

Remember to adhere to the December 31, 2016 postmark deadline.

How does my organization (School, Board of Education, Company) go about submitting payment?

You, or your organization, can obtain a PURCHASE ORDER INVOICE by selecting Pay by Check on the registration form. You will then receive an invoice via email. Print it out and mail along with a check to: BE THE BEST, 11 Birch Street, Midland Park, NJ 07423. Purchase Order checks must be received by January 16, 2017.

How do I book a room at Harrah’s?

Be the Best has reserved a block of rooms for the convention. Make sure you book early for the discounted rate. Room rates will go up when the block is full.

Are there enough places to eat at Harrah’s?

Whether you’re looking for a buffet, a quick bite or a gourmet meal, you’ll find it without ever leaving Harrah’s! And this year, for your convenience, several food kiosks will be located in close proximity to the convention floor.

What about parking?

There’s plenty of parking at Harrah’s. If you are staying at the hotel, you will receive a voucher so that you pay just $5 a day for self-parking. Valet parking is $10 per day.

How do I get my Be the Best tickets?

After you register and payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail that contains a bar code. This serves as your admission ticket. You must bring the confirmation letter with you when you check-in to receive your credentials.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation letter?

If you don’t receive a confirmation letter after registering, check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If you still don’t see it, shoot us an e-mail at info@bethebest.com and we’ll check it out for you.

What if I lose my badge after I’ve checked in?

Don’t worry, it happens! You were probably just out having a good time somewhere. Stop by the check-in desk and a Be the Best staff member will be happy to assist you!

What is the refund policy?

Sorry, but there are no refunds.
