Rob was named head baseball coach at the University of Mount Olive in 2018, after serving as batting and hitting coach at the school since 2004. Rob has been with the team for five conference championships and 10 NCAA appearances, coaching 29 MLB draft picks along the way. Rob spends summers coaching in the Coastal Plains League.
